"Shipping issues"

I have made several orders of concentrates and absolutely love them but as of my last few orders I paid for priority and peace of mind shipping but I have not received them in a timely manner and have had to inquire each time by email and Nicole has been polite but even the tracking on my last 3 orders was non existent. I asked for a refund of the 11.99 for priority mail because it took over a week and I'm in Ga.(next door) and instead my card was debited another 11.99. I would love to continue to shop with you guys but your shipping sucks!
P.S. I have a order that says it shipped last Thursday but tracking says package still not received also paid for priority. I don't believe to guys are up to no good but something needs to be done...perhaps UPS or Fed Ex instead of USPS

"Terrible operation "

Ordered an eighth on Monday 2/24. On Wednesday 2/26 I get an email saying what I ordered is out of stock. I said no problem, selected a replacement. On Thursday 2/27 I get an email saying order has shipped. Today is Monday 3/3 and they still haven’t even gotten the order to USPS. Oh and I paid extra for 2-4 business day shipping. Absolutely horrific operation. Shop elsewhere
