They were very honest about my song and it was all positive, they very good at what they do and I would recommend it to any upcoming artists

I was curious about their services, not really sure of putting money into it, as I've heard that a lot of similar services use bots just to get you a bunch of streams.
So I looked at some reviews which made me curious and went into their website. When looking for further info, I tried to create an account and, when signing up, there's an area to "Submit Your Track For FREE" where you can "Submit your music for detailed feedback from our professional listeners team". I thought that was pretty cool, so I did that and submitted one of my songs, which by the way, is instrumental. A few days go by and then I receive their "Feedback", which starts off quite positively and seems pretty organic, but as I read further, I see that suddenly, they mention vocal performance and "The thematic content of the lyrics" which again, my song has none. Pretty disappointing and also, this is false advertising, as they clearly state that you'd get feedback from their "professional listeners team". This is a huge red flag and it doesn't make me think that their services are genuine.
