"Avoid at all costs"

We booked our transfer from India and paid a 50% advance for a Mercedes luxury transfer. The car that was sent was an old dirty Volkswagen and the Air conditioner did not work. It was a miserable experience. We were not advised in advance of the downgrade and the non functioning AC in peal summer was a nightmare. When we complained we were offered a free drop to the airport to compensate. Also it was said that since it is so hot many ACs have conked off....which is a pathetic explanation. While the driver was good and he reported in time and was courteous but he just had a bad vehicle which lead to our experience.
