Prices are ok but delivery options are awful. First time they mentioned on site that my phone+charger+headphones will arive on in maximum 5 working days and next they they called me to ask if it's ok the delivery date that they mentioned on site and 4 days after to see that my command was not delivered at all due to the charger that got 7-10 day for delivery date but they did not mentioned it so i had to split my command and pay an additional delivery fee. I would never buy again from this site due tot heir treatment.

"Avoid at all cost"

I bought a router from them through emag. It had a problem so I sent it back. 2 months later still nothing. No refund nor another router. Even stopped replying to the emails! Avoid at all costs!

"Reliable company, competitive price point"

I've bought different things from Vexio over the years, the last one being a Samsung Galaxy S23. I could always find a competitive price on their website, and never had any problems with their products or deliveries. They could improve their website search option and available categories, but that's about it. Of course, a competitive price point comes with a couple of days of waiting more for your product, but I never had an issue with that. I once had to return a UPS because it was faulty, and they changed it with a new one right away, no questions asked. I would recommend Vexio if you're looking for a competitive price and don't mind waiting a couple of days more for your product to arrive.

Absolut inapti,mint in privinta termenilor de livrare,cand suni sa lamuresti problemele angajatii lor iti vorbesc in sictir,nu ofera raspunsuri concrete si vin cu scuze penibile. Nu recomand achizitionarea produselor de la acest chiosc care se da mare retailer.

Aveti foarte mare gija cu aceasta firma. Sotia mea a plasat o comanda pe firma de aproximativ 14000 RON, termenul de livrare a fost depasit si nu a mai reusit sa receptioneze produsele acestea nemaifiindu i necesare intrucat au fost comandate pentru un workshop, care intre timp a avut loc. Comanda a fost refuzata, produsele fiind intoarse catre Vexio iar ea a ramas si fara produse, ei justificand ca persoanele juridice nu sunt consumatori si nu pot beneficiaza de politica de retur, dar totodata si fara bani.

Very bad experience! Ordered a product as a gift. They wrote..is on stock. Lather..8-10 days delivery apperead.

The most important is ..that after I cancelled the order..no sorry, no money back time frame. Nothing!

I ordered an asus rog strix z790-f gaming wifi ii motherboard from them, socket 1700, the board arrived with 3 bent processor socket pins, the problem was detected only a few days after the processor arrived, of course I sent it back but the board was no longer covered by the warranty, it stayed with them for 28 days in service after which they sent it back to me with 2 more bent pins in addition to the other 3 and with the warranty voided, simply a joke , I stayed for 1 month without the plate and the money given for a product with a defect and voided warranty.

Am comandat un produs , am fost sunat de un reprezentant pentru confirmarea comenzii, Toate bune si frumoase, apoi dupa 6 zile , mi-au anulat comanda, motivand ca produsul numai exista in stoc. Foarte trist pentru anul 2024.
