I called regarding an Advantage plan. The plan I had sent me a cancelation letter stating there were not enough customers in my area to justify keeping my plan active.
I was connected with a young lady , Janet Silva. Ms Silva stated she would be able to help. I had previously filled out the majority of required information through an online application form , including medications.
Ms. Silva found a couple different plans in my area. She explained what each covered and was able to answer the questions I had pertaing to each.
After a lengthy phone call and a lot of questions , Ms Silva walked me through the process of completing an application for a plan I believe will work for me. A special Thank You to Ms. Janet Silva for her Professionalism , her friendliness , her knowledge and a sense of humor.
