We’ve really been struggling with getting the correct order. Strapworks has sent the wrong thing several times in a row now. We’re bummed because we’re big fans of the stuff Strapworks makes and want to continue buying bulk webbing. Also it is difficult to get Strapworks to respond to our emails or answer our phone calls. I really hope something changes and we can start receiving the correct orders and getting some customer service. When we manage to get what we ordered we’re very happy with the quality and the cost. It’s asking for the date of the experience but this is three or four times we have received the wrong things now.
