I went to ben January this year with a second hand rift, was upgraded and preforming much better.

After several phone calls with Ben I was invited along to a private game which got me hooked back on the sport, I have since then upgrade to a much better rift which performs great.

Service has always been great fast delivery and great alternatives offered were items not available, always on the end of the phone if you need to talk or want to order new products.

I highly recommend Falcon 9 for value and service, I still take the time to meet Ben at games and enjoy visiting his store at the cotswold airsoft site well worth a visit.

Genuine honest review, from a genuine buyer. I recently purchased a rifle from Falcon 9 Airsoft and I must say it was a fantastic experience, the smoothest I’ve ever had. The website offered a wide selection of airsoft rifles, and I easily found the one I was looking for after being guided by Ben who was able to assist me in exactly what I was looking for. The ordering process was smooth, and the customer service was responsive and helpful in answering any questions I had with ease. As a first time buyer for airsoft I found it overwhelming with the amount of choices to choose from but with some professional help it was made so much easier.

I bought the G&G GC16 Wildhog 9” version and it was in excellent condition and came with all the included items. It functions flawlessly and any questions I had after purchasing such as how to operate the rifle etc were answered. The prices that are listed for the rifles look to be the cheapest I could find around and what I liked the most about Falcon 9 Airsoft is their not constantly trying to sell you everything like many other dealers, they just want you to be happy with whatever it is your purchasing, it’s so off putting when main dealers do this but with these guys their just happy to be of help, I’m defo happy with my purchase.

I would definitely recommend these guys for anyone looking or in the market for anything. The overall experience was top-notch would rate more than 5 stars if I could
