"Processing and shipping sucks."
Waited over 2 weeks for an inner belt to ship and was told they were out of stock until November. Offered me a different color belt and I agreed, but never received a confirmation. I went ahead and canceled my order.
I have a chlk battle belt which is a great product and the inner belts velcro lost its ability to stick after years of use. I use my gear for work and I can't wait months for a new one. It's time to try a different company.
I wouldn't buy from blue force gear again unless it's guaranteed it's in stock and will arrive in a timely manner

"Absolutely the worst customer service"
Absolutely the worst customer service. Was told I would receive a call back which never happened. Called again and was transferred to some and phone at other end hung up. The issue is something I needed to explain which could easily be misinterpreted if I sent an email. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I see the poor reviews and am confused because my interaction with customer support has been stellar. Had an issue with a component and customer service replied within 24 hrs of each of my emails and offered a great solution to help me out. They really went above and beyond and I would recommend BFG.

"Run forest RUN!"
Run forest RUN! Ordered a month ago the only thing I have gotten is hung up on twice and every excuse in the book via email. I can’t get my money back or my order sent. Yes their products are top notch but the service is urine poor. No help or communication they always seem too busy to actually help. They need to have a team meeting and regroup cause I see a lot of the same complaints and have been going for a long while. Unless you have over a month and counting of wait time. Mama said stupid is stupid does! Lol

"Ordered Black Friday and still don't…"
Ordered Black Friday and still don't have order even shipped out as of time of wroting and it's currently dec 13. When I called they said one item isn't in stock. Well then you should have notified me when I ordered it but rather it said it was in stock on site at time of order. Also just to find this out I had to call them as they just send tons of ads online with no indication of ehat was going on till I call a week after ordering with no info other then an order confirmation. Also didn't offer any coupon or freebie for the inconvenience and mistake on there part. So clearly they value the government contract customers alot different then there civilian counterparts which tells me they are abusing there name the earned when the US military accepted there sling because to be they just can as it tends to happen with companies once they have "made it" so I will update bout product and it's quality ifb8 ever receive it at this point.
1 last thing Also they have most of my order in stock so why not ship that oh yea I know why. To cheap to have to pay to shipping fees. Well then fix your inventory online and you wouldn't have that problem so they clearly just don't care about the little guys it's just a pure greedy money making machine that doesn't care so if your willing to wait forever to get your order and if anything goes wrong know they are not going to make it right then the the chance because I've heard it's good sling but there are others out there that re just as good.

I placed an order on 11/14/22 for 2 items from BFG. While I was looking forward to utilizing them, I never had the opportunity due to the complete incompetence of this company. On 3 separate occasions I contacted them, once by email, twice by phone, each 1 week apart. Each time I was told some variation of my item was on back order and would be shipped out to me as soon as possible. First, the item was being assembled, then it was on back order and in "quality control" but would ship to me within the week, then, just on back order and again, would ship within a week. The company's website says nothing about items being back ordered or out of stock and their FAQs state most orders are shipped within 2-7 days of ordering. 3 weeks later I still have not gotten passed "processing". Today, I contacted the company again and was met with hostility from a Mike Masseria. While attempting to explain my frustration with the way the company handles business and customer grievances, Mr. Masseria cut me off mid sentence and proceeded to, in a very hostile and rude manner, explain that he would put my refund through before abruptly ending the call. While I have heard good things about this company, both from my prior military capacity and my current first responder capacity, I am sure their products are likely top notch. However, it seems that getting one's hands on said products or dealing with an employee capable of handling disgruntled customers as an adult are out of reach. I will not be giving this company any further business and in situations where the company may come up in conversation, I will be sure to share my experience with my fellow first responders and advise them to look elsewhere for their equipment.
