Easy to arrange the installation date - I found the service through the Nest website and ordered online. Received a call back to arrange a suitable date on the same day.
The installation itself took around an hour and Mike helpfully explained each step. Once complete, he talked me through app set-up and provided helpful tips. Overall, excellent service and highly recommend!

"Replaced thermostats in a new build (Hornchurch)"
Had my standard 2 thermostat replaced with Nest thermostats. I got the devices myself and paid for the install only.
My house was a new build with 2 zone control { upstairs & downstairs ) and hot water control as I have a water tank. The job was completed in about 2-3 hrs. The job was well done.

Mike came to install our nest thermostat and provided a top service! He came out on a Sunday and even accommodated us although we were outside the M25 region. He brought a spare thermostat incase we had the wrong one and he explained every step of the way and said if we had any problems with it we could call him anytime. Great customer service, genuine guy, highly recommend! Many thanks from Jay & Emma!

"Worse experience in a long while"
Used this company to install Google Nest thermostat and camera. Work was inconclusive - installer offered to return to complete the work - however, after several missed promises to return, installer then demanded additional call-out charge to return. When I refused the demand, they offered to return and remove the items already installed for a full refund.
Bizarre as it sounds, that was their solution, return to remove items rather than return to complete work. Installer returned to remove the items and advised that a refund has been processed. 12 days later, I'm still waiting for refund to show up on my Amex card, they have the products but still no refund.
I think this is the classic game where a business maintain high customer focus to build up positive reviews, once they secure high volume of positive reviews, customer focus gets relegated to short term commercial interest.

Response to misleading and inaccurate response by Nest pro London ...
The work was unfinished, the broken doorbell referenced in your response was broken by your installer, it was perfectly fine out of the box brand new - which he unboxed himself. I have a thread of text message exchanges regarding missed promises to return to complete the job before eventually reneging and requesting additional cost to return. In addition. The appointments were missed on purpose as the the intention was to request additional charge all along. You response to my complaint was absolutely shoddy, offering to return to remove the items rather than complete the job. As for the refund, no credit to you there either as it was paid only after I raised a dispute with Amex as the refund was still outstanding after 10-working days. This was a an absolutely poor experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone and have messages of abuse by your installer to confirm that. Rather disappointing that you can’t bring yourself to apologise for the poor practice that resulted in a poor customer experience for me, which is a necessary step to lend credibility to your customer care credentials.

Complicated heating system in a large house. Came out to fit 2 Nests but said do to the size and wiring he needed to look into the technical side more. (No charge) Visit 2 with 2nd engineer (Gas Safe registered) inspected the system and wiring and advised that they would need more time than a normal job and wanted to start first thing. (No charge) Arrive for fitting appointment 2 engineers and took 5 hours to trace everything out and fit 2 Nest thermostats. Explained how it all worked and installed the app on my phone. First class service and I would highly recommend this firm if you want a Nest fitted.

Last week I watched Mike Hoppie present the Nest thermostat and was impressed enough to place an order. Mike arrived at my home promptly, wearing a mask and in a very short space of time, I was up and running. My boiler was one of the more complicated ones yet he worked through the installation quickly.
Once installed he demonstrated the device, linked up my phone and my wifes phone to the Nest thermostat and then hooked it up to my Alexa for voice control.
Simply, the device is brilliant and links up to your local postcode weather and your home desired temperature - for heating and hot water and thereafter learns in the 1st week what your preferences are. So clever. When we both leave the house, it automatically turns down the temperature and when it sees your phone arriving close to home, turns up the temperature.
Its controlled on the wall and on your phone but is constantly self learning.
It takes a lot nowadays to impress me but between Nest and Mike - I am very impressed.
Simply, if you dont have one - get one...and Mikes price is very reasonable.
