Loved the service because they were actually able to give me a quote over the phone, unlike some other junk removal companies who want to send someone out for a "no obligation" quote. I didn't want to be pressured into booking something with absolutely no idea what the costs could be and feeling pressured to say yes on the day, so I was very grateful that they were upfront about their cost per square metre over the phone, and I was able to get a precise quote because I had measurements of my items. Great customer service too, I'm a couple kms out of their normal service zone but still booked my job.
