Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond to ensure my order was correct to the point their technical department tested their dimmers with my lights to ensure they were compatable (unlike an alternative high end brand). If only all companies were this helpful.

We had a little problem with a couple of bits on the order but this was not the companies fault it was a manufacturing issue. They fixed it the same day and I received my whole order again the next day.

We bought an exterior socket to be used inside a washroom and shower area next to a farm mechanical workshop to keep the area clean it needed to be pressure washed by a steam/pressure washer.
So to give us a waterproof connection for the pressure washer we fitted the exterior socket 18" above the floor and because the cover clips tight shut with the plug inside, its Completely Watertight complying with wiring regs. Keeps the washroom clean.
