Got my item in a very timely manner. Didn’t have a shipping or tracking number, but before I noticed, it was delivered.

More than half my order was unavailable and refunded. Supply Chain issues, I get it. But how about working with me to tell me what is available , when its available? Customer Service??? Novel concept. I did get an email saying this is unavailable and here is a possible substitute but a refund was given with in the next 24 hrs - I had no chance to reply. I go to the website and it says available or not but it is not really true right? so How do i get what I need?
