Having never bought a Shipping Container before, I was glad to find Boxhub for my first purchase. If you're a private party buyer, there are a lot of ways buying a container can get frustrating. My experience with Boxhub will have me calling them first, whenever I might need another one.
A few reasons why Boxhub earned my recommendations and return business: The advertised price for the box never changed (not super common with some others that I found). The pictures you're shown as examples Actually represent the condition of the box you're buying (mine showed up in exactly the condition I expected a used 'cargo worthy' box to be in). My timeline was treated as a priority, Philip was able to arrange delivery by a local company exactly on the one day window I needed.
I needed a "Cargo Worthy" high cube, used container, and Boxhub delivered exactly that at the lowest price I could find in a couple weeks of searching. I received call backs from several companies for quotes on a "Cargo Worthy" container. The only question I asked was, "Can you locate a cargo worthy 40ft high cube for under $XXXX.00 (Boxhub price)?" Lots of short phone calls.

The price was unbelievably low and the customer support was great. The delivery was exactly as scheduled and required no extra heavy equipment. The containers slid off the tilt bed trailer. I thought it might be too good of a deal to be true but it wasn't. Will definitely use Boxhub again when I need a container.

Boxhub, gave great pricing and top notch service. I bought a 40' Single Trip that is perfect for me. I want to buy at least one more. The communication was top notch thru the buying and delivery process. The driver was amazing the way he positioned the container right where i wanted it. I was concerned about paying in Advance but there was nothing to worry about when using a credit card. A+ 5 Stars all the way around.

When it was time to move I sold my house in three days. Unfortunately buying our new home took quite a bit longer. As it got closer to our closing we chose to buy instead of rent two 40' shipping containers to fill with our household goods and store on a friends land until we found our next home. The hardest part of this equation was to buy the containers. Just getting a company to return our calls was hard enough but to be treated like they valued our business just was not to be... Until I called BoxHub! Philip answered the phone almost every time I called and if busy, or if he was on another line he promptly called back. Philip always spoke in a friendly, business like attitude and never talked down to us. I was made very comfortable to ask questions and he was great about explaining the difference in the type of containers and about how they are moved when full. In fact his job was over once the empty container was delivered, but he went far beyond that by helping connect me with companies who could move the full containers to where they were to sit till my new house was ready. Philip is a wealth of knowledge and provides good old fashioned service that is lacking in this day of Do-It-Yourself service. So when you think you might be interested in a storage container, save yourself the aggravation that I went through before I called BoxHub and make BoxHub your first call!
