"I have awful experience with customer…"

I had awful experience with customer service in Switzerland. The customer service lady hung up on me asking for COVID certificate which I am supposed to get it by this noon and I still didn't receive my COVID certificate.

COVID certificate can be a few hrs late but I cannot believe how badly they treated/ responded to customer. Really bad experience.

I’ve got tested for covid in 6 different countries and over all I have to do it about once a week for a last year. This Swiss lady put that the most deeper from all people I have ever meet …like seriously it was really bad and I believe she can really hurt somene.

I hope I will never have to come again and I will prefer another testing centre!!

and oviously they have a problem with tht, because like a first thing they make me sign up a paper “I understand it will be unconfortable”

"Antigene Schnelltests angeboten, aber nicht durchgeführt."

Auf der Webseite werden 3 Arten von Tests angeboten. Eine davon ist der Antigene Schnelltest.
Klickt man dann auf Buchen, kann man nur die Kostenpflichtigen Tests auswählen.
Daraufhin habe ich angerufen: Nachfrage zu gross deshalb aus dem Program genommen.
Anders formuliert: Die anderen Tests bringen mehr Kohle.
Man kann nämlich auf der Internetseite vermerken dass dieser Test nicht mehr angeboten wird....

The PCR test was easy to book and received the email the next day as promised. Very reliable company.

Timadores. Te decían que no podías solo hacer el Test, o de PCR o de Antígeno rápido, sino que también tenías que pagar 19 Franken más por "la validación Digital Pass para el uso en el viaje." La trabajadora también me dijo que no se podía realizarse el Test en los centros de la ciudad (este centro se ubicaba en el Radisson Blu que está en el aeropuerto de Zúrich), donde que cuesta 8 Franken menos, porque "estos Tests no sirven para viajar, solo para el uso personal." FALSO. Que los Suizos dejaron de tener valores de honestidad y alteza me decepciona mucho. Hacen cualquier cosa para ganar dinero, como si fueramos en un país pobre.
La conclusión es que NO tienes que tener el "Digital Pass." Tienes que tener un test que tiene el resultado y que consta el documento de tu identidad con lo que dice en el papel del resultado del Test. O sea, Nombre, Fecha nacimieto, número de carnet, etc. Más nada! Yo entré al país de mi destino sin problemas porque tenía la impresión del Test con mi pasaporte en mano, y fue lo correcto.
No se dejen enganiar por la supuesta cortesía hipócrita de los suizos.
