"Profit.ly has a lot of free content"

Profit.ly has a lot of free content, which is enough to learn the basics of trading, but the real value is provided when you get into the videos from Tim or Superman, where a lot more than just the basics are covered.

Personally I'm more into the alerts rather than the videos. I find it far more useful to be able to make the same trades as the gurus, which is sort of a "do as they do" experience. The bonus is that the standalone "alerts" package is cheaper than the full content, so I'm able to save a bit there. The alerts are pushed through the app, which is convenient (iOS).

Tim's platform, Profitly is my go-to for stock trading education. Who better to learn from than the master himself? Tim is a legend in his own right, and he shares his knowledge on Profitly through his trading alerts which explain the trades he's making and why he's making them. The only downside is the pricing structure which is a little bit confusing, although good value for money.

I've been a subscriber of Timothy's for a while now after first hearing about his wildly successful market plays years ago.

The instructional content provided by profit.ly in the form of guides, social trading and alerts has helped me greatly. I'm sure that a lot of my success is due to the current market conditions, but without Tim's guidance, I wouldn't have had the faintest idea of how to get into swaps/puts/calls etc.

Let me preface this review by saying that no matter what kind of tips, education or background in stocks you may have, you can lose money. A certain percentage of every move comes down to luck. However! Timothy Sykes content is the best in the business. I've learnt a large amount in the short time that I've been with him. So much so that I am writing a review, which I don't do often. There is a reason why he is so popular and receives so much news coverage. I started off as a complete beginner and used Profit.ly as 101, and now I feel like I am ready for 200 level courses in just under a week, that's how highly I rate his programs! Thanks again Tim.

Tim's platform is a little bit confusing in terms of the subscription costs. He could do well to streamline it I think. But apart from that, I have no complaints about being a customer of his....... none at all! I've been really enjoying hearing from him and seeing all of the plays that people are making as I'm in quarantine..... and for the price, being able to get access to Tim's plays has been mindblowing. This guy turned 4 figures into 7 and I can see why now.

To be honest I know that there is a lot of content free on youtube about trading but I still don't regret buying his 30 day challenge. It is well structured for someone who's a beginner and not self disciplined. I know people don't like his approach but for me he's just pushing me to study harder, I love his humour, and it's just not something to take too seriously. He just has the same vybe as me lol he's genuine in his own way and I don't think he gives a f*** about it and I also don't understand why so many people think he's a scam, of course he don't want to give his content for free! Life is not that easy guys... If being rich is so easy then what is the point of life? What will you be proud of when your life is going to end???? WORK HARD AND STUDY HARDER and thanks Tim I'm looking forward for learning even more!

I'm a bit sad having to give Tim such a poor review, I did learn a lot from him, or perhaps learnt a lot by myself having him as a reference, but now a days he is a marketing monster. His newsletters are constantly flooding you with this amazing penny stocks world, but I got really pissed off when I purchased some content from him that tells you absolutely nothing, only the same old story of how well he and his students are doing. So, my advice? Follow him and his entourage, but don't pay for any of his content, because it is rubbish.

Profit.ly receives a lot of heat. Most social teaching platforms do, but IMO, it's undeserved. After I spent the last few weekends going through the premium content, I can confidently say that ranked against their competitors, Timothy's content library is the best. I believe there are thousands of hours of information there, which is all relevant to becoming a better trader. Trading isn't easy by any means, but profit.ly has made that little bit easier by providing me with education. Thanks Tim!

Timothy is a legit teacher and receives a lot of press for good reason, he's very good at his job. I would consider him a pioneer of social trading, and his platform is the only effective social trading platform that I've come across. The moderation team is excellent at picking out "faulty" trades. The actual content is worth your time. From risk management to trader psycology, everything that is taught is worth learning.

"Not genuine"

Not genuine. He draws you in with his down to earth i'll be honest with you stories but really this is just good marketing and he is just like all the others trying to get you to sign up and learn the tricks of the trade but selling you nothing but himself. He's getting rich off us, not off being a successful trader.
