Working with the folks at Aberdeen to find an affordable Closed Captioning solution has been a pleasure and their customer service is second to none. From the first day I requested information they were quick to respond and were eager to provide an exact-fit solution for my live captioning needs. Sales Engineer Tony Baltayan offered several solutions with a no-pressure sales approach and didn't try to up-sell other services like other companies do. Once my type of service needs were realized Sr. Caption Coordinator & Technical Specialist Matthew Day and his team worked quickly to find the exact solution to easily integrate into my live broadcasts. Some revisions were needed to streamline my process and the Aberdeen team was on top of it from the start and worked diligently to find the most seamless method possible. As we moved forward Tony, Matthew and other team members were very proactive in communicating to make sure their captioning solution was working, and continued to work, in the manner I needed. They continue to check in periodically to make sure we are happy and are available 24/7 if we have any issues. I have highly recommended Aberdeen's services to my fellow broadcasting colleagues and will continue to do so. Their customer service focus is the best around!

I work for a broadcast company where we process hundreds of thousands of pieces of digital media annually. We work with many companies that transcode, caption, and deliver media via automation. For the most part, they all do the same things and do them just about as well as each other, with the only notable differences being the names of the companies. Then there is Aberdeen. What makes Aberdeen stand above the glut of other media services for us is the service that their team provides. Every single member of their team that I have worked with over the years has been exceptionally responsive, informed, friendly, and always follows through (Sales, Account Managers, Technical Team).
Anyone who works in media knows what it is like to have something time sensitive go wrong on a Friday afternoon and knows the feeling of despair that the “automated response” regurgitated from a customer support portal invokes when you are trying to resolve the issue. It may as well read “I hope you packed a lunch; this is gonna take a day or four”. This is never a thing with Aberdeen. Someone always quickly responds, and always follows up afterwards to make sure things were resolved. This is the reason why Aberdeen is our go-to for any priority projects or any that are technically challenging. I am always confident that things will get done on time and correctly.
