I've been to Carrie's twice now, for two different treatments (holistic facial & head in the stars). I'm struggling to find words to describe how I was feeling just after the treatment, I just know it was a very good feeling! I had such an incredible reflexology session with Carrie. She is so kind and down to earth, and created a space that felt open, calm and meditative from the moment I stepped in. She guides you through the beginning of the treatment, then allows to you immerse yourself entirely in your own mindfulness, without feeling self conscious or silly. The treatment creates space for you to breathe and connect with yourself. And my feet feel incredible! Thank you so much :)
