"Good set of ladders"

Good set of ladders ,good price bought these as they are the biggest set that will fit in my van , they are a bit on the heavy side, but very well made and hopefully will last for years ,I am a handyman so can be painting one day and replacing roof tiles another , not sure about the stabalizing bar might be limited to get in to some places but very stable. I have already sent a note registering my disappointment with the product received but thus far have not had a response.
The Platform Ladder I got was clearly a more basic unit to that described and shown on the website and the poor finish of the drilled holes necessitated the use of gloves during assembly. Mine had only one stabiliser foot not two and the platform itself was only attached on one side not both as illustrated.
I note that the same description & illustration is still on the website which is very misleading.
