Kept stopping at the 5th quiz and would not go to the next chapter. I have been on hold for an hour to get help and not sure anyone is ever going to answer.

Misleading. This is not in place of the NYS Certification. Waste of time. Course content was good!

"I found the content clear"

I found the content clear, concise and well presented with one exception on a area I feel is important. When snowmobiling in ditches, the course advocates caution in all circumstances but no practical advice on how to traverse a driveway. All rural, Prov. and Mun. ditches have private driveways intersecting. All driveways have a culvert located at approximately the ditch centre, or between approximately ditch centre to the property line. Would it not be advisable to warn snowmobilers to cross private driveways to the road side of center instead of the property side ? This would not only be safer but reduce/eliminate the angst of property owners caused by snowmobiles encroaching and oftentimes outright trespassing onto the property.

Locking users down with a timer for each page is so unbelievably hostile I can't even put it into words. I managed to pass the course without reading most of the content, only by waiting for the "next page" button to unlock and taking the quizzes once I slogged through them all. I feel as if I should be the one being paid for taking this course.

Took way too long and was really redundant information. The timing was off so I couldn't even advance to the next learning after the video would finish. Probably one of the most frustrating trainings I've had. Also, I get all the way to the end and I cannot print the actual certification.

Class is great for safety and quick about 3hrs of total time to do whole course.

That was terrible. There were bits that required Adobe Flash. That program doesn't exist anymore. There were SEVERAL sections that LITERALLY repeated each other. If you didn't get that the first time, let me say that again. There were SEVERAL sections that LITERALLY repeated each other. You also assume every sled is the same. Like they all have reverse for your "K turn". That was simply, the most poorly constructed informational course I have had to endure because we live in a state that requires it, so they can tax it, and force me to pay for a little card that says that I have been to proper training, like this crap that you put together. Do better. Really. I get it you are raking in the money by putting this dismal slideshow together knowing that us poor clowns have to, by law, participate, but be proud of what you do. For Christ sake, do the job.

"No certificate at the end of the…"

No certificate at the end of the program to print out. My 11 year old worked for over 5 hours on this course and at the end it doesn't print certificate???
