Most impressed with Liam who carried out the annual servicing of my Worcester Bosch gas boiler and Valor gas ceramic coal fire. He was friendly, meticulous, very professional and tidy. Liam ensured that the appliances serviced passed all the safety checks. Not only that he also checked the integrity of the gas supply and pipe work which was very re- assuring, demonstrating a strong work ethic. Thank you.

"The great new boiler rip off"

I spoke with Matt the surveyor who when challenged about high costs to fit a cheap boiler defended Devon Heating by telling me I should have trained as a plumber then I could afford to pay the charges. Perhaps I'm naive but £1200 for a days work seems like rather a lot, then add the cost-to-retail mark up and there's even more profit.

It was a messy job - lasting 3 days - yet they did a perfect clean up.

Was booked in for a video survey 2023-09-27 at 13:00 UTC+01:00. for a new boiler and we wanted an extra radiator fitted. We spent 2 hrs waiting for them to come but they did not turn up. No one bothered to mail us to say they were not coming. Been having nothing but problems with central heating engineers. It seems that this company don't deserve the positive reviews. Anyway they have lost our business and if we get our way they will lose a lot more.

Just had a new combi boiler fitted & our old boiler/tank etc removed. DHS were fab from start to finish. Liam & Tom did an excellent job and were always polite & mindful of our home environment. The engineer was polite, efficient and very helpful when explaining the thermostat controls. I was very impressed how quickly DHS replaced my defunct boiler, responding within a couple of days to my initial enquiry, very helpful, knowledgeable team of engineers.

Excellent friendly team worked hard and were very respectful, leaving the house clean and tidy. The boiler installation covering some 23 radiators on three floors together with the hot water system and was completed in good time without mishap. Would definitely recommend them.
