"SHOCKING EXPERIENCE "

SHOCKING EXPERIENCE ! Just spent £40 on taxi to visit you today to buy the tools needed, but shop was closed. On your google maps page it shows it's open on Saturday until 12, but i was mislead....... very angry
Update: went again today (monday) to find out that the shop was moved to another unit, took me 30 mins to find it out as there were no signs anywhere. After finally found them the tool kit i needed was advertised on the website as £399 vat included, and 1 item in stock. But in shop i was told there are none in stock and if i want they can order one for me for £456.
That’s what i get when trying to shop local and not online. AVOID at all costs, you’re better off buying online.

Enquired over internet chat facility for item, given link to item on website. Ordered, paperwork received and advised next day delivery - that was yesterday afternoon - by 2.00 pm. today we had the parcel, exactly as ordered. What more could you ask for. We ordered a Makita sander.

I’ve used many tool shops in the past but these guys are by far in a league of there own, service is always 100% nothing is ever to much trouble, always give great advice, tool repair or replacement or warranty issues are solve within a heartbeat. Great stock all the time, coffee on tap, good chat !!
