Just made my first order from your website and I must say I had no trouble at all the specifications were there for the particular winch and prior to that was given all information from a nice chap via email. I will be happy to leave another review once my winch arrives. Daniel Blake Scarborough.

"AVOID THIS COMPANY. NOT GOOD."

If I could, it would be a minus 1 star. I tried to purchase a tool to remove bricks from our newly laid drive from them and I was told it was out of stock and would not be in for several months even though they would have taken my money and held onto it for several months. They then advised me on another one which I purchased trusting that it was the right tool. It arrived just in time for the builder to use but it was not usable or suitable. So when I raised this they decided to send me the instructions, but it was too late as the builder had to smash out the brick as the tool was not usable or suitable. When I asked could we return it we were told that we had to pay for the return as well as £15 plus VAT for the restock. RESTOCK REALLY???? What I don't understand is why should we pay for the restock when it was them that told us that it was this product that we needed to find that it was not usable or suitable. AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY NEED TO BE TRAINED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT AS WELL AS UNDERSTANDING A CUSTOMERS REQUIREMENTS RATHER THEN JUST PALMING YOU OFF WITH SOMETHING NOT SUITABLE.
