-Instruction for the building process where terrible at some parts of the build.
-Was missing 20 screws that I had to go down to bunnings to purchase
-Pre-drilled spots for the draws where incorrect. When used the draws hit each other. Needed to changed around to get the correct gap.
Apart from that the desks seem to be ok

"Great Product Dodgy Marketing"
The chairs I purchased are great thank you. Although two screws, washers and nuts were missing. We were able to source them ourselves.
I do have a concern with the ordering process. I could not purchase more than one chair from any stockings so I purchase for two stockings - one chair each. One did not charge me freight and the other charged me an exorbitant amount. I very much wanted two chairs so decided to swallow the high freight cost.
The two chairs came together directly from Modern Furniture I believe. I had previous to this received emails from both stockiest as well as Modern Furniture. I was at the point where I had started thinking that the chairs were sold in twos and I had inadvertently purchased four with two orders!?!?,
I question how this marketing was arranged and have concerns re something shady. Plus I feel ripped off over the freight situation
I would be very careful either using this company again or recommending it.

"Good product and responsive customer service"
Although a bit more expensive for the same product which can be bought elsewhere, one is able to reach customer service relatively quickly for mail redirection and MF uses a better courier service than other furniture companies which delivers door to door rather than leaving the item outside. The study desk I ordered was sturdy and would have been perfect if the last two supporting bolts fitted but fortunately they were not load bearing, so was able to do without. Keep up the good work team.

"I haven’t received my orders yet after…"
I haven’t received my orders yet after 2 weeks. Ordered kitchen stools and dining chairs but I was advised only 3 dining chairs in stock (instead of 4). Then after one week, when I inquired update on my stools, I was told they now have 4 dining chairs. I have already purchased another dining chairs. I am still waiting for 3 stools. It could be due to COVID but communication could be better.

"The delivery of my item took 4 months, but now it is here, I love it"
The delivery of my item took 4 months! There was no indication at the time of ordering that the item was not in stock, so it was disappointing to have to wait such an extraordinarily long time. Better expectation management would help.
However, now it has finally arrived, I really love the TV unit. It looks beautiful and slick with no open shelving and round edges. It fits beautifully with our Scandinavian design. It is quite small and narrow.

I have ordered a chair and after two weeks no contact or instruction of delivery, I emailed and no one knew what had happened. Re ordered chair waiting on delivery due in a week, in total 3-4 week wait on goods.
