On 02/01/2025 I won 50 free cash spins. I made a deposit specifically to get these spins. I was supposed to use the cash spins I won by 23:59 on 02/02/2025, but I no longer have access to the free cash spins I won, although I still have 12 hours to do so. I am sad that my winning prize of 50 free cash spins has been taken away from me.

Overall I thought it was a fun site to play on, put a withdrawal through and all of a sudden they needed more documents from me, yet was happy to take my money with no documents. After a back and forth conversation via email and on the phone I got told that my money will be processed 'tonight' to wake up in the morning and they've blocked my account so I can't even log in. I'm going to have to take this a lot further than what I first thought.
