Thru no fault of theirs, a New Battery order Shipment arrived in a damaged condition due to rough handling by the carrier FedEx.
I Notified Nakto immediately with description and shipping carton & damaged battery case photos.
Nakto offered, and refunded a satisfactory reduction of the original price paid for the new battery which was received damaged, and the matter is closed and done with.
