I have just purchased a 'Bamboo' screen for our rear Japanese style garden. The design, the quality and the beautifully painted finish of the product are truly outstanding and, once installed, it's going to be an absolutely perfect accessory to our zen themed landscape. I must also add that the level of service the company have provided us has been exceptionally good - so nice to deal with people who genuinely care about their customers! I will definitely be ordering more items from them in due course!

Really pleased with the quality and look of the screens. The suppliers kept me updated with the progress and then when they were ready, handed over the delivery details to a courier.
Only slight comment I have is that the production of 3 screens took longer than anticipated, but in the end it was worth the wait.

I found this companies website really slick and useful, queries were answered swiftly the main reason I placed an order in good faith. I expected a high end product and service for the premium price paid.

I do appreciate things go wrong at times but my order for just three panels took quite a while to get delivered and eventually arrived albeit with issues. However this company "Will" worked hard to find an acceptable solution.

Clearly this is a very small company with big aspirations but with no real control over the contractors that manufacture and deliver the products they sell.

With the big delay and a bit of extra work for my installers then a change in spec for all other installation materials we achieved an acceptable project on completion.
