Results are sent faster than expected : I have submitted out of working hours and received fit to fly PDF within two hours (while the website only states 8am to 8pm).

And you can pay with PayPal if you’re worried about payments.

I had a test one day before test for fly. When I get the test I made sure this test is valid for Japanese traveler. The guy at Marylebone said defiantly will be written all Japanese government request.
However, he was not right. There were two words missing, NASOPHARYNGEAL and OROPHARYNGEAL THROA so that I could not use your result to fly to Japan.
when I found out the fact I immediately write you back and request to include these two words, but no news at all from you.
The location is convenient, I thought great place to test, but not really for all Japanese.
I very much looking forward you will understand and regret what you could not satisfy customers. Expect your lab can start real revise for us.

But, when you are there, you will be informed results would be available before 18:00 following day. They scare you so you take same day test which costs an extra ~£32.

I gave them 4 stars because I purchased 10 kits at the discounted rate and one didn’t work at all.
I would have no qualms to use them again. Last time I used the postal/upload service, previously the Hampstead walk-in service and experienced no difficulties.
