As a new landlord I was impressed by the cover provided at the given price.

Good price for a good insurance policy but I was not able to view the policy online before or after purchase, unlike my current provider. I am waiting for a copy in the post to see the precise terms and conditions.

"Simple process"

Easy to deal with, good value and simple process to get insurance. Nice feature is to be able to combine insurances for multiple properties onto a single policy.

The only problem I've ever had was in not receiving reminders for renewal, but I think that is an occasional problem rather than anything systemic.

HAVE JUST USED SIMPLE INSURANCE WEBSITE THAT AUTO INCREASES THE PREMIUM ON ANY EDIT, EVEN REDUCING THE COVER LIABILITIES !
SO SWITCHED TO JUST LANDLORDS !

Just starting my second year with Just Landlords, having been recommended to them by a friend, and I found them easy to deal with, and with excellent communications.

Never had to make a claim, so cannot comment on that.
