"Snacks came crushed/Decent customer service "

My snacks were crushed and one item missing. I contacted customer service and they told me customs must have done it because there was no packaging and it appeared everything was thrown in without care. Originally when I contacted customer service they refunded me $3. I contacted them again and they refunded half my order. I appreciate their customer service. Take caution when ordering. Although shipping is a low $10 rate it may cost you in other ways.
