I've been using the product for over a year now, and can honestly say that it has had a massive impact on my energy levels and mood. I've suffered with anaemia for years but my iron levels are up, and I'm feeling great, I wouldn't be without it.
I've also got my Mum and Brother on the capsules as they're easier to take, but I personally like the earthy taste of the resin!
I'm also using the ointment and soap. The ointment has really helped with some mild rosacea that I get from time to time, it just clears it up after a couple of applications. The soap is also really beautiful, leaves skin super soft and smelling great for ages after.
