We’ve been renting a townhouse from Jonathan Chan for over a year now and have been very pleased with the responsiveness and care he shows in his management of the property. We live in a beautiful, but older house which has required several repairs. Mr. Chan is always very responsive and does not neglect needed repairs. He truly seems to care about the comfort of his tenants, which is a very refreshing trait in a landlord!

We have been renting from Jonathan for about a year and a half now, and couldn’t be happier! We are a military family and had to move at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Not only was Jonathan helpful, but he was also extremely understanding of the added stresses of the situation. Since moving in, Jonathan is always quick to respond, and assist us in addressing any problems that come up. Within the past year, we had issues with an older toilet and fence. Jonathan quickly organized the replacement of both items. We are truly lucky to have him as our landlord, and plan on staying as long as we can!
