the worst car insurance company (for faults) that I have contracted, I called because my car had an oil leak problem, my trusted mechanic told me exactly what it had (I don't understand very well because that's not what I do), my mechanic called Protecta and they told him that THEY DID NOT COVER, because they didn't know if that was really it, (then what's insurance for?), then I called and they asked me hundreds of technical questions about what the car had, I only told them it was an oil leak, but they never took the action to repair it. Finally, the insurance expired, which was useless.
