I've used E-liquidbase numerous times and they have become my sole supplier due to their reliability and fast delivery. In around 6 months I've only had one issue.. I was late in putting my order in and ended up doing it just before the Easter bank holiday weekend so I knew it would naturally be delayed. By the following Tuesday it still hadn't been dispatched but I woke up to a message via Whatsapp from them checking if I'd received my order. They were very helpful and 'on to it' before I'd even had chance to be concerned where my order was! My order was dispatched the same day and is due to be delivered today (the following day!). All happy here and reassured that I'm purchasing from a very obliging retailer.
