"Airdna is a SCAM"

Airdna is a scam. I put my parents house in to compare on both VRBO and AirBNB... the occupancy and revenue was extremely off. Do not make business decisions based on this tool. I emailed to cancel and they did not cancel my subscription. In a fight with my bank to receive a refund. Additionally, they do not email you about upcoming charges and they do not send you a receipt. This software is a scam. DANGER.

This so-called service is a rip off! Thankfully, I only paid for 1 month! The folks putting it together aren't customer service and business oriented. They are simply computer folks with no business ore customer service experience. I tried to see if my daughter and sons-in-law home in Colorado Springs would have good Airbnb potential and couldn't get anything, because I'm in North Carolina and am only signed up for one small area. of 122 units. I can get up to 999 units, in one territory, for the same price, which makes no sense. Communication is poor with this company as they probably set behind their computers and theorize how it should be done. Millennials have little practical experience but want to tell the world how everything should be done.

I was really hoping this would be a good service, but in their own little tunnel vision minds, they know everything. I am cancelling ASAP!

There are zero comps for my area. Airdna has not responded to my refund requests. I do not recommend this service.

Absolute bottom feeders with deceptive billing! Absolute diabolical business practices when cancelling. They ignore your cancellation and charge you another month. Their flimsy system does not even acknowledge your departure.

Very poor customer service and billing practices that border on deceptive. They process renewals without any warning and then hide behind their terms of service when asking for a refund.

This is NOT standard for tech firms in 2021, and shows that they treat their customers like scum while reveling in deceptive billing. Every other firm would give a quick refund under such circumstances.

"Horrible, Misleading and Fraudulent Service"

The pricing structure and payments are misleading. You will be overcharged and stolen from. When I requested a refund after canceling (they continued to charge me after canceling) I was insulted by an incredibly rude representative named Jeff Mcloughlin. I'm honestly shocked that in the 21st century business' can still be successful while being rude and unprofessional. I have been lied to and stolen from and will be making a complaint to the FTC for fraudulent activity. Most of this website does not work and I would not use it again as it's not worth the headache. Horrible service.

"Great data and easy to use but..."

Great data and easy to use interface however, the pricing structure isn't fair or clear at first. You pay £16 per area, which in my case was a town of 80,000 people and subsequent areas would cost an additional £16, so very expensive! I wanted to look at whole regions and multiple towns and cities.
