Brilliant service from start to finish. My needs were challenging in that it involved balcony access and an exterior panelled wall with an oddly shaped window into the eaves. No problem! The initial assessment was great in that all options were discussed and a quote given on the spot. The survey team took great care to ensure that the product fitted. The fitting team were really efficient and tidied up after themselves - big tick! The whole team treated my project as urgent in that it involved other trades resulting in a timely and seamless service. I even got a discounted price! I'm so happy with the finished product as well as the process that I've already set up another appointment for a conservatory. Highly recommended!

Excellent. From first contact with company via phone, salesmans visit, surveyors visit and care he took in getting everything right for fitters. Fitters made a great job, clean workers. Our conservotary roof was the old poly carbonate type. we tried various companies who visited promised the earth but then couldnt deliver the goods. Spire surveyed the job, gave a competative price and delivered. The thermolite roof has made such a big difference, no condensation, or cold room now. Would definately recommend this company.

"New bay window"

we where very lucky with the day we had the window fitted as the weather was clear and dry which made the job so much better for the fitters and us, there was one or two problems with the fitting due to problems that had accred with the bay but these where soon sorted and the window was spot on the guys where so neat and tidy a really good pair, when they had finished you would not have know they had been ( except for a great new window ) every thing was swept up neat and tidy lovely job very pleased with it, great job and a very well made solid new bay window fantastic.

THE COMPANY SUPPLY GOOD QUALITY PRODUCTS AND OFFER A SUPERB BACK UP SERVICE ON THERE WINDOWS, DOORS AND INSULATED CONSERVATORY ROOF PANELS. THERE FITTERS ARE POLITE AND DO A SUPERB JOB.

"Be aware!"

The process of ordering and choosing your windows was efficient. The windows are nice. Whilst the fitter appeared to know his job he was a messy worker leaving damage behind him ( damage to floors, walls and metal/tile edges). He also left silicone dripping on the radiators, trim, silicone and rubbish along my driveway.... it didn't blend in with the gravel! I had to call them back post fitting to amend the vents ( fitted wrong way round) and fit glass in front door( they hadn't ordered until after fitting). As there has been no followup post feedback, I assume they find this practice normal!
