I ordered 5 multipacks at £11.99 a piece (supposed to come as 4 individual packs, per unit). I was only sent 5 packs in total (RRP £3.49 per pack). I am ~£40 out of pocket and not happy.

Neem Team noted the issue and sent me the missing items straight away. The team went above and beyond to take my feedback and also sincerely apologise for the mistake.

I will definitely be using them again in future for the effort they have gone to in order to find out what went wrong and how the whole experience could have been improved.

I ordered the gardeners kit through their website and have found it to be really effective at keeping away the pests on my houseplants. The kit was reasonably priced and got to me really quickly too.
