We first started using it for our risk assessments- there is a lot of information that can be prepopulated on the assessment and it is worth taking the time to fully set up the assets that you use constantly. However it also gives you the freedom to write your own recommendations

Dossier instantly links assets to location & pictures at time of survey/risk assessment. This saves time and effort in compiling and interpreting data. makes the whole process smooth, quicker and inbuilt templates can be manipulated to bespoke client applications. Recommended.

For us LD is very user friendly for both technicians and clients. It is a great system to keep all information in one place and connected from inspection to control avoiding possibilities of duplication or errors such as missing information that may happen with manual inputting.

Unlike a lot of other risk assessment systems a positive feature is having control to edit risk assessment questions without the time consuming back and forth. With the system still in its infancy and growing continually I am excited to see what new features become available and the updates to current features that are rolled out that will only improve the system.

Overall I would highly recommend Legionella Dossier to any company that is looking for a reliable, user friendly system that gives you control and support in ensure L8 compliance.
