Great pair of Rockport shoes from shoes.co.uk. The price was excellent (much cheaper than John Lewis); the shoes are terrific; and the service was impeccable. They arrived within two days of ordering which is pretty damn good just before Christmas. I cannot fault this online buying experience and I'm now waiting for shoes.co.uk to stock the Rockport Northfield in my size. I may even try the World Tour Classics if the Northfields don't turn up. I spoke with Managing Director, the item I received was wrong and the customer support I received was awful and no effort has been made to rectify this before Christmas. He hung up the phone on me and offered no compensation for this error made by shoes.co.uk

I would recommend everyone stays clear of this company and I am still pursuing this situation trying to get the right product for a now belated Christmas present.
