"DAMAGED LUGGIE SENT THAT I HAD TO PAY £85 TO RETURN TO THIS COMPANY!,"

I placed an order in January for a second hand luggie,it came damaged. I rang and told them I wanted a refund for it so they arranged for it to be picked up,,they offered a repair,but I said I wanted a refund....when I got the refund it was £85 short of the full refund,they had charged me £85 to return damaged goods back to them, that they had sent. When questioned they are blaming it on their carrier, there was no damage to the box at all and I have photo proof,so do not believe that was the case. I have contacted trading standards over this.What a rip off I am totally disgusted with this company!!!!!

"Outstanding Customer Sevice"

I ordered a large mobility scooter, which arrived well packed & on time. Unfortunately, and I must stress, through no fault of the company or the scooter (which was superb by the way), I had to return it. My contact for all the arrangements was "Jasmine", who answered all my many questions promptly. She made the arrangements for the return, & followed through with communications each step of the way, including when the return money was paid to my account. Jasmine gave absolutely 5 Star service from start to finish & was an excellent ambassador for the company - highly recommended from my experience.

"Lack of communication and goods from Shop Mobility."

Placed an order on the 5th January 2021. It is showing on the Shop Mobility as having a complete status and money was taken on the 7th of January. At at the 7th of February we have had no order confirmation, shipping confirmation or delivery. Have emailed (web based system on their website) twice requesting a status update and nothing back from them. Not a good experience so far.
