No UK customer support only US telephone number

The app can randomly log you out but never had an issue logging back until Friday 30/08. I tried to login in using my biometrics only to be told my username and password was incorrect, I didn't put in a username and password and my fingerprint hasn't changed.
I have had several people - sounding like bots as all the responses are the same, telling me I am entering my data incorrectly. It's my finger!!! I can log into the Web browser using my password and username just not the app....why? Please fix this

Ich habe sowohl den Tracker fürs Auto, als auch den fürs Motorrad gekauft. Beide sind unkompliziert anzubringen und von "außen" nicht zu sehen. Das Tracking funktioniert perfekt. Habe für beide ein 2-Jahes-Abo abgeschlossen.

"Unzuverlässige Tracker"

Ich habe einen Tracker von einem guten Freund erhalten, der bis vor kurzem selbst bei der Firma gearbeitet hat.
Die Tracker sind leider sehr ungenau und unzuverlässig. Ich hatte den Tracker für einen Monat im Einsatz und in diesem Monat etwa 4 Ausfälle.

Zu diesem Zeitpunkt fehlt mir das Tracking und somit ist es unbrauchbar.

Non funzionante da solo falsi allarmi , dopo avermelo sostituito in garanzia stessi identici problemi. Segnala false accensioni e spegnimento 6 8 volte al gg anche se il mezzo è spento. Assistenza assente risponde con messaggi standard.

Ich habe bereits ein Gerät im Wagen und nun ein neues erworben, um meinen Zweitwagen ebenfalls zuverlässig orten zu können. Gerade auf Reisen und Parken auf Wanderparkplätzen, sowie in Touristenregionen empfinde ich es sinnvoll. Geozäune, Erschütterung und ggf Geschwindigkeitsalarme funktionieren auch beim Modell mit 4 G absolut zuverlässig. Möchte beide nicht mehr missen.

"Device does not connect to the app"

After weeks that the device didn't connect to the app, they change it for me and it is still not working. It was been weeks that I am trying to solve the problem with costumer support but the don't intend to help as I see. They said also they would contact me again yesterday but no contact from anyone. If you want the device for a human as me, it can be dangerous as it might sudently do not connect to the app so you don't know where the person is. I do not recommend it at all
