"Absolutely shocking customer service and terrible food"

Absolutely shocking customer service

1. I received my delivery a day late
2. 80% of the boxes were burst and broken
3. I chose two deliveries - I expected to receive 2 deliveries a week - Not 2 deliveries total. I do not have the freezer space for this many deliveries
4. There are no oven cooking instructions - I do not own, nor do I care to own a microwave
5. The sticker references a use by date - There is no use by date on the box


Customer service person blamed all of the above on me.

I’ve been ordering with Prep UK for 3 months now and the food is amazing! A wide selection of options. I recently placed an order and emailed Ash to rearrange my delivery date as I had later realised that I wouldn’t be at home on the day of delivery. Ash was able sort this out for me on a Saturday morning which I really appreciate so thank you!!!

All the meals were spot on, very tasty and really enjoyed them.

Quite tasteless food. Garnish is always rice or something similar to it. Meat dishes are dry and spicy. Very overrated for it’s price. Unfortunately, very sad that I have to write a review like this. This delivery has option with meat only dishes ( and I’m a huge fun of meat dishes), but the quality is poor/average.

The delivery process was very smooth.

"Positives but room for improvement"

Positives are the meals are undoubtedly healthy and great fit your fitness goal plus good portion sizes. Packaging was good. I can see why some would reorder. However for me chicken dishes were dry the addition of a sauce on top would really help. I felt the carbs in the dishes were very bland and this could be improved. I'm glad I tried but no reorder from me.

This is my first time ordering meal preps and I expected the worst, but can I just say ive just tried 1 meal so far and its phokin amazing 10/10 taste. Im a busy person and have no time to prepare food, this tastes great

So far so good, from the meals ive tried. Chicken dishes, especially.

"Tasty and efficient"

Tried two meals so far and both have been easy and delicious. Only thing that lost one star for me is one container arrived broken and spilled curry sauce on most of the others. Otherwise super satisfied and would definitely recommend.

"Disgusting Behaviour"

Normally I don’t write reviews BUT I received absolutely disgusting customer service from them. Lost £130 of an order and got condescending responses emails from Ash Craven. This persons in your company has lost my custom for life, I will never order from them AGAIN! Don’t bother with this company, there are plenty other out there.
