The first contact was great, the interview went well. Communication with Madison has always been timely and she has replied within the same business day as I have been sending questions. She has been really helpful throughout the process, if there's something she doesn't know she gets back to me right away. Interviews happen on time, and she has been really nice the whole time, even celebrating with me when she called me about my acceptance. On the other side and this might not be responsibility of Frontline, but it has been unique that information from the company has not been provided in a timely manner. I was offered a different position for the one I had interviewed for on 2/7, I accepted but haven't received any information regarding the specifics of the work. I was also told that I would get a formal letter of acceptance during that week, I received that letter on 2/17 (a weekend away from starting the new role).
