"Retienen mi dinero durante 12 dias y me cancelan dos dias antes del musical"

Hice una compra a través de su app para las rockettes en Nueva york. se me hizo el cargo en mi cuenta de paypal y se procesó, pero no me enviaron el numero de confirmacion de la reserva. Ese mismo dia escribi un correo a su web asi como contacte por chat. Les explique mi problema que no tenia numero de confirmacion ni me habian enviado las entradas, les pregunte si habia algun problema. Me indicaron que no que estuviera tranquila y que las enviarian en 48h. Hasta en 2 ocasiones mas contacte hable por chat con un agente que en principio la reserva estaba hecha y que en 48h me las enviaban. Asi hasta que 7 dias antes les reclamo las entradas y les acuso de fraude porque no me envian nada y el pago sigue descontado de mi cuenta. Entonces por el chat me dicen que han cancelado la reserva y sin embargo a traves del mail me dicen que estan solucionandolo y que otra vez en 48h recibire las entradas. Como ni lo uno ni lo otro, abri disputa a traves de paypal y fue cuando empezaron a hacerme caso. El dienro lo he recuperado eso si , pero 12 dias despues de haber hecho el pago y 2 dias antes del espectaculo, por lo que ya no quedaban por supuesto las entradas que yo habia comprado y tuve que comprarlas peor situadas y mas caras.No puedo poner el booking number porque no me lo enviaron, pero tengo grabados todos los chats y los correos con sus contestaciones.Un auténtica estafa.

Vi har bestilt billetterne til Pompei. Oplysninger af billetterne var utydelige, så vi fik ikke mulighed til at se villaerne.
Gebyr var utrolig højt, over 6 euro på billet.
Udover det skulle vi ombytte vores online billeter til papir billetter. Man køber billeterne online til at spare tid og så skal man står i kø til at bytte billeterne til papir billetter. Så dumt!!!!

It was very easy to book and convenient to collect the tickets. Although I wasn't sure where the seats would be located, we actually ended up getting really good seats. The show was fantastic and my daughter had a really good time.

I also received a text with a tracking tool to know where he will be. Will totally use the site again to buy theater tickets.
