The delay on deployment is too high for an (in theory) automatized service (nowhere you are warned that it will take days to deploy) and the communication is not what you would expect from an international company. Service itself is fair for the price. Unless it's the only option on your region go for better and cheaper optiosn

They are professional, with good attentive customer service. And their services are reliable and quality. There are not a lot of providers in Latin America and they cover this region also. The prices are a bit high for Latin America, but very competitive for rest. But anyway quality evens out the price.
If you are looking for hosting solutions in Latin America I definitely recommend them.
