Everything went smoothly, from first contact with Koray and Rumy, transport, hotel stay to procedure done by Dr. Hakan’s medical team supervised by Dr. Hakan. Dr. Hakan is attentive and informative before and during operation and willing to give advice on how to behave after operation. I would like to thank Rumy for good communication before and after the procedure. You get medicine, neck pillow, headband and everything needed for washing hair and faster healing. The day of the flight you already have a text messages and videos regarding your hotel, taxi, clinic location and time.. (Rumy, Head of logistics operations, is an experience and professional as it gets).
As for the crew and clinic, here you'll get a personal experience (only 2 patients at a time, and only 4 max a day)
That way you can get the attention needed from all the crew including the Dr. himself, which is with you from the first step on.
I had some complaints about water dripping from my head (there is a stage in the process that they need to get the head clean).
And also that sometimes I felt that I was needing more information about what is happening in the moment (in English).
But when I asked my questions they were more than happy to answer and make me feel like they wanting to help.
In my specific case I finished the operation and got back to the hotel, and after I sent a photo of my head (they ask you to), they thought that I might have some suspicious parts. So they sent a taxi for me, took another look and made sure that I'm all good (everything was on there personal time and expenses)
That shows that this professionals care about what their doing, and more importantly about the patient.
Overall I had an amazing experience, I recommend everyone to go and probably I send people that I know to do the treatment there.
