Don't be like me, I was so stupid. I went straight into booking to their website without checking reviews. Luckily i was only charged 193 AED. I was advised not to used debit card and use cc instead. Im so glad i used my CC otherwise i would have been debited 4000 AED and lose my money. I only checked the reviews when one agent calling from a USA number told me that i the airline didnt approve of my payment coz i have an insufficient balance in my CC. When i told her that thats impossible, she muttered something and ended the call without giving me a chance to talk again. Just check skyscanner to compare prices, but never ever book from any third party coz they are not trustworthy .

I have same experience. My fight gets cancelled and the airline has given me written proof that the, ticket amount has been refunded, however MyTicksts are still saying that they have nor received refund after the screenshot from airline. And denying refund to me. They are scammers. Don't book thicket from them.

It is an extremely bad expereinece! I have sent Mytickets.ae my covid test results on 23rd of December 2021 and they wanted me to upload it through their system which was not working. After many emails and very inaproriate behaviour of the customer representitives they gave a very bad technical support and I proceeded through the system on 23rd of December 2021. Did not receive any information on 6th of Jan and when I asked for an update, thye have informed me that the timeline for the request was expired although there was no communication at all about any timeline.

Our flights were cancelled and I requested a refund in March 2020. They tried to persuade us to take vouchers but said we would get a refund for a slightly longer wait.
We have been fighting for OUR money back since then. We are having to start court proceedings and am in the final throws of trying to get the company to act ethically.
This company have completely changed our trust, and I would never now use a company online unless I knew them.
PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY should there be been the slightest issue.
We are nearly 2 years into them promising refunds. If feel awful for their staff as they must spend all day with unhappy people. Just check all of the reviews, they have completely miss managed the full process.
