I love Shapa! However, I do wish I could view my weight in pounds in a graphical form as a feature that could be turned on/off for those who enjoy the color only feedback.

I had some trouble connecting my phone to the scale and they were able to get back to me quickly even though it was almost 9 pm. I love the missions that they send me.

I’ve had to reach out a number of times which makes me feel the program is unreliable. The latest inquiry I’ve yet to hear an answer back. I’ve lost about 40 pounds and dropped 3 pant sizes but have lost zero body fat? To be able to see that is one of the reasons I chose Shapa. At this time I would not recommend it.

The system is living up to expectations and keeping me on track with 'missions' and weight management goals.

While the idea of hiding your weight could be good motivation for some, it should be a choice. I’m glad there is now the option to see your weight, but there should be an option for more detail. Also what is the point of being able to see body composition (and paying $100 for the ability) if there is no way to access it?

I like the idea of Shapa and for a while I was motivated to get my color/score where I wanted it to be. But the app malfunctioned constantly and then my subscription ran out before I could see the long term impacts of the program (I didn't get serious about working out and eating right until the last month of my subscription).
