"Becky was so welcoming and really helpful"

Becky was so welcoming and really supportive of my first Aerial Hoop lesson. I was quite nervous and I don’t have much upper body strength but Becky made the class fun and easy to follow! I can’t wait to come back for my next season!

Had my first PT session yesterday and I loved it. Studio is lovely as is Becky, she’s very friendly and welcoming and we had a great session. Looking forward to our next session

"Brilliant bungee fitness class"

I had my first class on the bungee fitness course today and it was brilliant. Becky is a great instructor and made sure everyone’s harness was comfortable throughout the session, provided lots of individual tips and assistance to everyone on technique, as well as loads of encouragement. It was so much fun and a great workout. So glad I have found this class, like nothing I have done before. Definitely something for all abilities too.

I really enjoyed my first experience of aerial yoga! The instructor was great and made even a complex looking position simple to practise. It’s also a lovely location hidden away in the centre of the village, easy access to with a carpark out the back but private enough too!

"Brilliant bungee fitness "

First bungee fitness session this morning. Great fun way to get some exercise and really enjoyed the class. There were people of all ages and fitness levels and I even managed a bungee handstand - not bad going for a 50 year old even if I do say so myself 😆. Already looking forward to same again next week.

"First bungee class"

First bungee exercise class was really good. Becky was welcoming and helped everyone get settled. She differentiated the moves so everyone had options based on ability and comfort but was encouraging if you wanted to try something out of your comfort zone. Looking forward to next week.

Fun and friendly class. Great instructor who was very encouraging and gave lots of support. The venue is fantastic.
