I recently attended the ‘Freedom From Anxiety’ workshop run by Chris Finn. The 2 hour online workshop was powerful & potentially life changing & gave me a new perspective on anxiety, as well as practical tools to put the learning into practice. A recording of the course is available after the course as well as 2 recorded practices. Chris is an inspirational teacher with wealth of experience to share. After the course Chris is very responsive to questions via email & I had a one to one session with Chris which was really helpful in applying what I had learnt to my personal circumstances.
I would highly recommend this course & any of the sessions that Chris Finn runs to anyone experiencing any degree of anxiety.

I have had a couple of one to one coaching sessions with Chris - he listened with empathy and understanding. Even in just those 2 sessions, he was able to help me find strategies to move forwards with a particular issue, and to think about things from a different perspective, drawing on his wealth of knowledge and experience, and explaining concepts in a way that is easy to understand and relate to.
I also participated in the Freedom from Anxiety workshop - a very interesting, helpful, and powerful workshop for anyone experiencing anxiety that places limitations on their life.

I have been lucky to have been coached by Chris several times now, and although our sessions have been brief, he has a really great way to really get the most out of your sessions and asks the right questions. He is clearly passionate about helping others to reach a more peaceful state of being, and has been through the journey himself which helps. Chris draws from several different backgrounds including mindfulness and psychology, which means he is never short of finding alternative routes to help you. It has been fun to work with him and he is very welcoming and friendly, I highly recommend him!
