Customer service was a bit frustrating regarding my order. I ended up canceling the order, Jake took responsibility for the inconvenience of the situation and sent me a free sample. Unfortunately it wasn’t the correct product that he said he was going to send me for free, but I’m purchasing what I originally wanted because I want to try to clear up my problem.
